Life in my garden-A
Few weeks ago my eyes suddenly got struct onto a small tiny bird nest on a plant in my garden, the garden at my home. Made my mind to follow it's growth day by day. The bird picked fine grass, hay, thread, wires... one by one and weaved them into a beautiful nest. One fine morning, while the sun was on its full shine, I was still feeling lazy enough to go to sleep again, but thought to peep into the nest. Now, there awaited a great surprise for me!!! There were four tiny little glittering eggs. My eyes split wide open. My sleep is gone (neend uddai meri). Its not like I had never seen eggs before, but this was special as I had never seen a nest being build and then eggs laid in the nest. Now, my photographic senses tingled and I clicked some picks, few of which I posted in the page down below. Then the wait begun for the eggs to hatch. I was more eager for the eggs to be hatched, than the bird itself who laid the eggs. Between the time for eggs to hatch, I saw the struggle of the little bird to survive the nest and the four tiny eggs. Fighting the bigger rival birds, cats, a pair of mongoose, snake (rarely) and the rains, wind many more which went unnoticed by me.
